ABOUT Harvey Scribner

Since 2009 I have tried to mentor students who were learning to use and master technology-based tools and applications for school or career pursuits.  I have found that, in addition to teaching and professional development opportunities,  most students need a solid understanding of how higher education systems work to make it possible to navigate applications, testing, and preparing for college and careers.  I am a retired veteran, and spent my first career in sales and marketing, so I also have a background in leadership and coaching.  I understand how daunting it might be to face the prospects of an uphill battle for support through this important and scary phase of their life, and I want to help in any way possible.  I am also a registered Adult Leader in Scouting and a coach for many different sports locally.
