ABOUT Mario Carannante

Mario E. Carannante, CCFS®, CFBS® began his career working primarily with business owners focusing on helping them have a better understanding of the true value of their business so they can prepare for the different opportunities and obstacles they may face. He joined The College Funding Coach® to be a better resource to his clients with one of the largest obstacles most parents face, how to pay for college without sacrificing their business value and ability to plan for their own retirement.

In 2017, Mario joined The College Funding Coach® as the Director of Eastern Pennsylvania. Together with his team he delivers the class, “Little-Known Secrets of Paying for College”, to private and public schools throughout Pennsylvania. The class focuses on legal strategies for qualifying for more financial aid, and leveraging assets to make money work more efficiently and effectively – in the end reducing the total cost of attendance.

Mario is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling and sits on the Professional Development Committee. He is a regular attendee of the PACAC and PASCA annual conferences.

He is an Eagle Scout and received his BSBA from Kutztown University. He currently is the President of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council and sits on the Board of Governors. Mario resides in Lehigh County with his beautiful wife who is an amazing mother to their three sons and avid CrossFit athlete and coach. He enjoys spending time with his family & friends, CrossFit, travel, cooking and NFL Football.
