Army ROTC Scholarships are offered at several different monetary levels and all applicants are considered for each level. Army ROTC scholarships provide money for college tuition, educational fees, and a book allowance. Army ROTC scholarship winners also receive a tax-free allowance of $150/month for up to 10 months for each year the scholarship is in effect. The selection of 2 and 4-year scholarship awardees is based upon performance in college-level academic studies. Applications are accepted after January 1 each year
