The Regents High Honors Endorsement (RHHE) Tuition scholarship was established by the Arizona Board of Regents to recognize Arizona high school students for outstanding academic achievement, as demonstrated through high school courses and test scores. The Arizona Board of Regent?s High Honors Tuition Scholarship (previously known as the AIMS Scholarship) is a university academic merit scholarship. Qualified students who graduate from high school will receive a 25% in-state university base tuition scholarship.
