Description

Students who have been admitted to Cal State Northridge and accepted to the General Education University Honors Program will automatically be considered for the Honors at Entrance scholarship. If funding permits, the program offers up to 10 scholarships for first-time freshmen and up to 10 renewal scholarships each year.

Admission to the General Education University Honors Program does not automatically qualify a student for the Honors at Entrance scholarship. Scholarship winners are determined through a separate competitive process and must meet eligibility requirements, including financial need. In addition to being admitted to the General Education University Honors Program students who want to be considered for the scholarship must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream application (AB 540 students) and demonstrate financial need of at least $5,000.
