The Regents Scholarship carries the highest honor awarded by the University of California, Santa Cruz to entering undergraduates. In addition to a monetary award, scholars receive priority enrollment and a campus housing guarantee. This is awarded in recognition of outstanding academic achievement and is renewable for 4 years for first year students and for 2 years for junior transfers.
