Midwest Student Exchange Program
Amount: MSEP enables residents from Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Wisconsin to enroll at UMSL at tuition levels discounted below non-resident rates. MSEP students pay 150 percent of UMSL?s resident tuition. Application required. Visit the Admissions website for additional information.
Renewal: Recipients must remain enrolled in an UMSL degree program, maintain residency in a participating state, and make satisfactory progress toward program completion. MSEP status is revoked if a student changes to non-participating degree program.
