Joel Halpern Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was created with the purpose of perpetuating the spirit of Mr. Halpern and recognizing his contributions to the enrichment of the cultural and educational environment of the County of Westchester. The scholarship is awarded annually to a freshman student and it will be renewed each year provided the recipient continues to qualify for financial aid. Preference will be given to students from Westchester County.
