CARL & LILY PFORZHEIMER ENDOWED FUND (COMMUNITY SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP)
The Office of Admissions nominates students who have demonstrated exemplary community service and who meet the following criteria:
Freshman: minimum B high school average and 1080 SAT score
Transfer student: minimum 3.0 average
Financial need
To be considered for this award, students must have an undergraduate application for admission on file by February 1st for priority consideration. Students must exhibit financial need, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application. Students must also have filed their FAFSA with the Federal Student Aid office by November 15 for priority consideration. In addition, an essay or summary of work regarding community service is required as part of the application. Essays/summaries can be emailed to appprocessing@pace.edu.
Awards are offered to eligible students for up to $5,000 annually.

Description
Students are invited to join Pace's Pforzheimer's Honors College on the basis of their academic achievement, as measured by high school average, rank in class, SAT I or ACT scores and extracurricular activities. To be considered for the Honors College, incoming Freshman students must have a minimum high school average of 90 or higher, a minimum SAT Critical Reading and Math score of 550 or higher and a minimum cumulative SAT score of 1200 between those two sections (minimum ACT score of 27). Upper-class students may also be invited to join the Honors College based on exemplary academic achievement.
