The BLI is a holistic program that will engage students academically and through activities and experiences designed to develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; always with an objective of understanding the moral requirements necessary for business success. Students who are interested in video production, digital media, and broadcasting are encouraged to apply for the Sport Broadcasting Enrichment Scholarship. Students will be involved in activities such as live video production of campus events, post-production of promotional videos and attendance at professional development events.
An immersive learning partnership with the Belmont Abby Sports Network and the Department of Sport Management has been developed to allow students to advance their skills and passions to shape the future landscape of sport media and broadcasting. The crafting of this program provides both individual and team-based experiential activities that will benefit a multitude of career paths starting here at Belmont Abbey College.
