WPU offers up to $2,000 in scholarship funds to members of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Members are eligible to apply for these funds and scholarships must be applied toward tuition. Members of Phi Theta Kappa should apply for the scholarship directly through William Peace University. Several factors are considered in the allotment of awards, including financial need, academic merit and student involvement in extracurricular and volunteer activities.

Through the Sloan Scholars Program, WPU will award up to $5,000 per year to students who are certified by the Session of their Presbyterian Church as an active member of the congregation. New student must meet all WPU admission requirements an be in the top 1/3 of their high school class. Priority will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is renewable for all three years provide the student maintains a ?C? average (2.00) and maintains good social standing at WPU. This scholarship is available to both in and out of state students, with preference given to North Carolina residents.
