Description

Navy ROTC Grant
Effective beginning with the 2015-16 Academic Year, incoming first-year and returning undergraduate students who are Navy ROTC Scholarship recipients will also receive an institutional grant of $8,000 from Carnegie Mellon University. Carnegie Mellon University will provide this grant in addition to the current NROTC Scholarship provided by the Navy.

Students who receive a Carnegie Mellon Undergraduate Grant may be eligible to receive a named endowed scholarship. These scholarships are established by donors who are committed to supporting Carnegie Mellon and its students. Some donors are alumni, who were themselves the beneficiaries of student aid. Presidential Scholarship
The Presidential Scholarship Program was established in 2014 to attract exceptionally gifted prospective students and to address financial barriers in supporting these students? desire to attend Carnegie Mellon University. This prestigious program provides both financial support and high-level recognition for this exceptional group of students.
A Presidential Scholarship is renewable for eight (8) semesters of undergraduate education (10 semesters for students in the School of Architecture), as long as satisfactory academic progress and full-time enrollment are maintained.
