The recipient must be a graduate of a Claiborne County high school;
The recipient may be either an entering or continuing student. If awarded to an entering freshman they must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.0 scale) or a composite ACT score of 18. If awarded to a transfer or continuing student they must have a minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.50;
The recipient must have an EFC number that is not Pell eligible but is less than the cost of tuition;
The scholarship may be awarded to the same person for consecutive years;
The criteria may be changed with permission of the donor.
