W.P. and Ann Howle scholarship - On December 6, 1977, W.P. and Ann Howle of Wichita Falls, Texas announced the establishment of a scholarship endowment to recognize outstanding students attending Midwestern State University. The scholarships, based on merit, are to be given to full or part time students of any undergraduate classification who attend or who will attend Midwestern State.
