Diversity Scholarship:
These scholarships are to promote diversity in the student body by considering ethnic origin. Additional priority consideration will be given to students with at least a 2.50 cumulative GPA and based on the following geographic indicators:
Sanpete/Sevier Counties
Juab, Millard, Piute, and Wayne Counties
All other Utah Residents
US Citizens

Leadership Scholarships:
Students receiving leadership scholarships will be required to perform all duties as given by their advisor. They will also be required to maintain the GPA and credit hour requirements that will be listed on their scholarship contracts. The minimum requirements will be communicated to each student by the scholarship office.

NAW Waiver
The NAW Waiver is for students who have residency in Nevada, Arizona or Wyoming and would like to attend Snow College. This waiver, if the student qualifies from the requirements below, may be able to attend Snow College at the Utah Resident 'In-State' tuition cost.

The student must be a new freshman and must have graduated from a high school in Nevada, Arizona, or Wyoming, with a cumulative GPA of a 2.75 (students with a GPA lower than this will not be awarded).
If you are planning to transfer to Snow College from another college or university, you must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.75 and transfer at least 12 credit hours for consideration. These credits must come from a regionally accredited institution. We must have all documentation by the March 1st deadline.

Description

Nonresident Tuition Waiver
The Nonresident Tuition Waiver is a one year scholarship open to all new nonresident students, from any state. The amount of the award is equal to one half of the difference between nonresident and resident tuition. Any new student meeting the academic requirements will be placed on the awarding list based on the student's date of admission. The scholarship is then awarded based upon availability. This scholarship cannot be deferred and student must meet all academic requirements.

Sterling Scholar requirements are set at a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) each semester of attendance at Snow College. Students must also earn 15 credit hours each semester. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other academic scholarship. Students must be regional winners in the state of Utah, or regional runners-up in any Sterling Scholar category. Please contact the Snow College scholarship office for information on amounts, deadlines, and other requirements.
