Description

The Farms 2 + 2 Program is a scholarship is designed to support Vermont Tech students who will carry forward their education to the UVM Dairy Program. The Vermont Legislature, through the Vermont Department of Agriculture, with generous industry support, provides half-tuition scholarships for Vermont residents who begin the program at Vermont Tech and maintain at least a B grade average each year of their college career.

Vermont Tech will match 25% of that scholarship in institutional funds. Selections will be made by a RUHS committee in May.

The VAST Forward Scholarship is awarded to VAST graduates who return to Vermont Tech within one year of graduating from the VAST program. The scholarship is in the amount of $3,000 per year and is renewable up to 3 years when a student maintains a cumulative 2.5 GPA. However, the VAST Forward scholarship may not be combined with other full and/or half tuition scholarships, such as the Valedictorian/Salutatorian, VTC 2+2, or, Full Tuition Waivers.
