The Marriott Scholar program is the most prestigious scholarship offered at Southern Virginia University, recognizing incoming freshmen and transfer students who have excelled in academics, extracurricular activities, leadership and service. This award emphasizes the attributes of the ?leader-servant? as exemplified by the award?s primary benefactors, Richard E. Marriott and the Marriott Family.
Amount:
$10,000. The Marriott scholarship replaces all other scholarships awarded by Southern Virginia University.
