Description

The Science Olympiad Protein Modeling Scholarship is a competitive scholarship program for full-time incoming freshmen, who participated in Science Olympiad Protein Modeling event at the National Tournament any time during high school. Members of the National Championship team will receive $10,000/year and other participants will receive $1,000/year if they complete the scholarship application. The scholarship may be used for any undergraduate course of study at MSOE. The scholarships are renewable up to a maximum of six years (18 full-time quarters). To apply for the scholarship, students must submit the following to their admission counselor:

- A letter of recommendation from the student?s Science Olympiad team coach must be submitted to the student?s admission counselor.
- Students must notify their admission counselor and submit all materials by Jan. 1.

Description

MSOE awards new students with an academic scholarship based on their high school cumulative GPA and their ACT or SAT scores. Academic scholarships are renewable on a yearly basis up to a maximum of six years (18 full-time quarters). Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and satisfactory academic progress to keep their academic scholarship.

Description

Hundreds of AROTC scholarships are available to students each year. These scholarships are awarded on merit, not financial need. Merit includes academic achievement and extracurricular activities, such as sports, student government or work. AROTC scholarships are awarded to students studying science, engineering, nursing, business and a variety of other academic majors. Any student may enroll in AROTC, regardless of whether he or she has been awarded a scholarship.

Description

MSOE is pleased to offer scholarships to international students who enroll in any of the MSOE undergraduate degree programs. These scholarships are merit based, which means that we primarily look at an applicant?s academic high school performance and any standardized test score cards (IELTS/TOEFL, ACT/SAT) that are submitted along with the application.

Description

The Naval Reserve Officer Training Corp (NROTC) Program was established to educate and train qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the unrestricted line Naval Reserve or Marine Corps Reserve. Selected applicants for the Four-Year NROTC Scholarship Program are awarded the scholarship through a highly competitive national selection process. Winners receive full tuition, books, fees and other financial benefits at many of the country?s leading colleges and universities, including MSOE. Upon graduation, midshipmen are commissioned as officers in the unrestricted line Naval Reserve or Marine Corps Reserve. The NROTC Four-Year Scholarship Program is available to qualified students who graduate from high school before Aug. 1 of the year they intend to start college. However, if this deadline is missed, students have the opportunity to earn two- or three-year scholarships as well.
